Azure Communication Services (ACS) | Developer Success team. A deliberate swing back to hands-on engineering at global scale — senior IC by choice (declined a parallel EM offer) before returning to executive leadership.

• Led development of SDKs and shared AuthN/AuthZ primitives for Azure Communication Services.
• Served as Developer Experience panelist, influencing public APIs and SDK design across ACS — collaborating with the Azure SDK architects on API design and review.
• Conducted REST & SDK API reviews and privacy & security reviews for globally distributed cloud services; defined best practices for authentication, authorization, and identity management.
• Key projects: ACS/Microsoft Teams interoperability; Identity service idempotence and reliability improvements.

• Founded and scaled Kentico's Developer Relations function from zero to a high-impact team of 5.
• Defined DevRel, Developer Experience, and Developer Marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Built and governed a large-scale open-source ecosystem (120+ repositories, SDKs & samples across ~15 tech stacks).
• Owned all developer-facing communication: content, events, sponsorships, MVP program, and community engagement; introduced OKRs and translated strategy into execution.
